ATCO Structures & Logistics (ASL) custom
designs Higgott-KaneTM Silencers for exhaust systems and provide guaranteed performance and long lasting
service. Using our extensive experience, we have
developed proprietary acoustic baffle system designs to effectively attenuate
noise while withstanding both thermal stress and vibration.
Fabricated from steel and materials resistant to high temperatures,
vibration and corrosive environments, ASL exhaust systems provide
rugged performance and years of service.
To comply with
increasingly stringent noise level specifications, we have developed
multi-stage, high performance exhaust silencers with special vibration breaks to
limit flanking paths and acoustically isolated interior liners to
restrict casing-radiated noise break-out. No other company utilizes this
design. Higgott-KaneTM Silencers are truly unique and absolutely
effective.
We select exhaust system
type, materials and design elements to suit the noise requirement,
available space and allowable pressure drop. We locate our Higgott-KaneTM Silencers
vertically in the exhaust stack, horizontally in the ductwork, or in
both locations for optimal noise reduction. Our experienced acoustical engineers
use Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA),
proprietary acoustical design software, and R&D to test and validate the
dynamic silencer performance and pressure drop characteristics. |
